We deliver to most places in Cornwall with in the stated price, unless specified otherwise. Delivery is to a ground floor assessible room by one man, this is for normal washing machine size items, if the delivery is to a non assessible room because of stairs or narrow entrances, please inform us on purchase so we can arrange a two man delivery where a premium delivery charge may be applied.
We can install most of the appliances we sell, please ask about installation when you make your purchase and can discuss the installation charge.
WE CAN DELIVER TO MOST OF THE UK, PLEASE RING OR E-MAIL US WITH THE ITEMS YOU REQUIRE. WE WILL THEN CHECK STOCK AND ADVISE YOU IF THERE IS ANY DELIVERY CHARGE. ITS WORTH A CALl TO US.
We do have the facility to install and remove appliances for recycling with-in certain areas. Please ask for quotation.All deliveries of washing machine size items are carried out by one person, this is for delivery on ground floor with normal and unrestricted access. Large appliances such as range cookers, american side by sides and very tall fridge freezers will be delivered by two persons, which again is to an unrestricted ground floor location, please bear in mind that these large items will be in even larger boxes, we do not unpack and disasemble these products to get them in your premises, if this is a problem then by arrangement and additional cost we can arrange to unpack and dissasemble if required.
PLEASE NOTE: If when we deliver, the delivery has to be aborted because of access or stairs problems, then the cost of redelivery will be down to you the customer. It is in your own interest to fully inform us if you know of any delivery problems, we can always work something out with you.
If you need to return a product for any reason other than because it was delivered damaged, then the cost of returning a product will have to be paid by yourself, If you require us to collect the product the cost is £50 inc vat.
